Baptcare Macleod is an independent living development comprising 32 new architecturally designed residences across a mix of single- and double-storey buildings. The project delivers high-quality two- and three-bedroom units tailored to support safe, comfortable, and independent living within a community-focused environment.

ABK Fire Engineering was engaged to provide specialist fire engineering services for the development. ABK developed compliant fire safety strategies addressing the specific requirements of independent living accommodation, including safe and intuitive egress, fire compartmentation between dwellings, and the integration of life safety systems within low-rise residential buildings.
