Audi Centre Perth is a vertically integrated automotive retail facility consolidating vehicle sales, servicing, storage, pre-delivery, and parts within a single high-performance building for Quattro Automotive Group.

Delivered by PARKD Ltd, the development utilises a proprietary prefabricated structural system, enabling accelerated construction while reducing concrete usage and embodied carbon.

ABK Fire Engineering provided specialist fire engineering services, delivering compliant, performance-based fire safety solutions aligned with the project’s innovative construction methodology and complex operational requirements. The scope addressed fire safety strategies for vertically stacked automotive uses, integrated workshop and storage areas, and safe egress for staff and public occupants.

Commencing in October 2023, the $9.5 million development is scheduled for completion in December 2024 and demonstrates ABK Fire Engineering’s capability to support future-focused automotive retail facilities through robust, efficient, and regulation-compliant fire engineering solutions.
