22–26 Alysam Street, Epping is a contemporary industrial development by G2 Capital Group comprising 63 warehouse units ranging from 85 m² to 300 m², with a total gross floor area of approximately 9,560 m². The project features integrated office and showroom spaces, high-clearance zones, and tiered layouts designed to maximise flexibility and usability.

ABK Fire Engineering provided specialist fire engineering services for the development, delivering fire safety solutions tailored to a multi-unit industrial environment with varied tenancy sizes and operational uses. ABK’s scope included the development of compliant fire safety strategies addressing compartmentation, fire separation between units, egress provisions, and integration of life safety systems within high-clearance and mixed-use spaces.

Through performance-based analysis and close coordination with the design team, ABK Fire Engineering enabled efficient, regulation-compliant outcomes that supported the project’s innovative industrial design while ensuring occupant safety and long-term operational functionality.
